Item sold but no communication regarding payment

I am a first time seller and in myebay selling it shown as SOLD with customer name but so far i have not received any communication in my email from buyer or ebay. It is almost 3 days status showing as "SOLD" should I ship or wait for further communication from paisapay or ebay.

How is the normal workflow, Why i am not receiving any communication regarding payment status?

Worry is the person who bought have 0 feedback points.

without receiving payment status from ebay you should not ship the product.The buyer also did not contact you means that he is unaware of payment methods.You must see in the sold history of the product what payment method the buyer has chosen.You must write to ebay or contact customer care regarding this with your item number.

Hi svkndv,

Is the issue that you did not get an 'email' notification, or that you didn't get a payment notification? Was the item listed as an auction or 'bay it now' item?

To check for payment notification, check on my Paisapay, if the item was sold via 'paisapay'. If you see that the payment has been made, that means that your 'email notification' needs to be set right.

Hi svkndy- Buyer has purchased your item but is yet to make the payment. Only after you receive mail like- "Successful PaisPay payment from XXXX for your ebay order" only than you have to ship the item. Send a mail to your buyer and ask im to pay, In order details you can also find his phone number, also call him and ask for payment. relist the item in a couple of days if its not paid, also open unpaid item case once the payment is not received till the deadline to get your FVF back... Hope you complete your sale successfully .
