I hope a lot of seller here would be facing the same problem as me.
1. Acceptance of Payment from Non-Resident Indian thru Paise Pay
2. Shipping/Tracking of Products on Paise Pay
3. Remmitance within the stipulate time frame (which never happens)
4. Fax/Scan of Postal/Courier receipts for proof of shippment
5. Dispute or Payment on hold.
I have written to the Paise Pay team and eBay for the remmitance, and here is the copy of reply I received

I understand you are concerned about your payments as the buyer has yet
not confirmed the receipt of their item.
Being a seller myself on eBay, I do completely understand your concern
about the buyers not confirming the receipt of their item, due to which
your payments are not released to you. However, as per your concern, I
wish to inform you that even if the buyers doesn't confirm the receipt
of their item, your payment will be definitely sent to you.
The only difference is that the payment will be sent to you after the
time period for the buyers to confirm the receipt of their item has
lapsed. Hence, once this time period lapses, the payment will be sent to
you in the very next coming cycle. Thus you need not worry and be rest
assured that your payments will be sent to you.
In case if you need any further clarification or information, please
feel free to contact us and we will definitely help you with the same.

What I here I don't understand that how can all those who write to me are sellers ONLY from the eBay customer support.(A same message was received from Sohail)
Second , all have written me the same text (obviously a COPY-PASTE)
Why here have they not clarified,why the payment is not remmited to me or on hold.
Worst !! when I asked Sharad/Vasundra/Sapna in the Top User meet regarding this issues they didn't satisfied me with a answer,I wonder why they said they would follow up with me later but no out come was there. (the best corporate way to let Customer wait endlessly)
After this Post I am sure I would be kicked out of eBay, Reason better know to God and the Gods of eBay
I have already have come down from 85+ products to a mere 15 (which sooner would not be there as well)
I am waiting for other seller who have faced similar trouble from eBay.in & Paise Pay
