Indian national selling on ebayusa

Hi,
I am an Indian national who wishes to sell on ebay usa.
These are my queries:

1)Do I register with ebay on ebay India or ebay usa?
2)I have an account with Paypal India and NOT PAISA PAY.
3)Is registering with Paisa Pay important if I am a seller based in India?

4)When I register for ebay usa account-it asks for a U.S Street address and Id Verification.How do I provide those?It doesnt take an international address.

I am really confused how to go about it.I appreciate all your help.Thanks.

Hi,
You are registered with US. You will be guided by their rules.
But an india registered seller also can sell not only in US, but at all sites of ebay, suject to compliance of that site policies.
You cant be a member for multiple ebay sites. That is against ebay policy.

To sell on USA, you need to do this:

1. Set up a PayPal account to accept the payment from your buyers.

2. Get the PayPal account verified.

3. Start selling once the PayPal account is verified.

How to verify PayPal account:

1. Register a PayPal account: http://www.paypal.com

2. Set up an account

3. Associate your bank account

4. Enter the credit card number.

5. Wait for the CC statement.

6 Enter the PayPal code in your CC statement to the PayPal verification page on your PayPal account.

7. You are verified!!

8. Now link this verified PayPal account to your eBay account.

9. List your first item in ebay.com / ebay.co.uk or where ever you want.

This is all very easy....The difficult part is to deal with the customers.

I have already registered on paypal and ebay usa.However as I mentioned earlier-ebay usa wont let me register with an international address.
How do I overcome that?

Do i need an EBAY INDIA account at all?I only intend to sell on ebay USA.
