I am looking for a solution to my problem while selling an item on ebay India.
My Item number: 250001149405 listed on Ebay India for sales of contact lenses.
Whenever a customer type "Contact Lenses" or "Contact Lens" in the search box the customer will yield no results in the search box.
I am keen on knowing when a seller is selling an Item in an online market place it should be taken care of that customers search should be given keen importance also helping the seller to promote more an more items.
I have about 50 items in contact lenses to sell but now when I see that even search engines within the Ebay India site is not yeilding the item when actually the item is listed on it then why would a seller take interest in an online market place.
The concerned administration shoudl take a note of this nature and correct the problem nature at earliest.
