Below mail has been sent twice but of no use and also called customer care tuesday 17th june 2014 and they had CONFIRMED that they have RECEIVED THE DUE PAYMENT OF Rs 3533.7 and assured us that it will get updated within 48 hours but still did not get updated and on the top of that they has suspended our registration.............what is this going on????

This is to inform that the due payment of Rs. 3533.7 has been made on 31-May-2014 via transaction ID: BIL/000597164701/EBAY INDIA PVT. LTD./0 (ICICI Bank) but this is not updated into the account summary.

CAN ANYONE GUIDE US TO WHOM WE FURTHER ESCLATE THIS MATTER TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVE....AS EBAY HAS KEPT OUR REGISTRATION ON HOLD INSPITE OF MAKING THE PAYMENT.....................
