Hello,

It is really surprising and disgusting to know that in response to my Appeal in Community Court of Ebay against an absolutely unjustified Negative Feedback given by a whimsical buyer for no fault of us Ebay decided to keep Feedback. We appealed, and buyer didnot responded or defended my appeal and the matter goes to Juries. Today I received an email stating that jurors have decided that the negative feedback should remain. Though it is written that jurors decision is final, I cannot justify, on which ground jurors have decided because buyer even did not care to respond and our hard-earned reputation for 7 years are being ruined by a whimsical buyer. This is First Negative Feedback. If this is true, what's the use of maintaining absolute fairness. Anybody can ruin any seller at any time without reason.

By getting your email, I am really disheartened and will have to rethink about Ebay relation.

Lastly, I doubt, any such jurors are there or not, because from my submission in appeal, no juror can give such unjustified decision.

You must have read in these forums that appealing in CRF is useless, hence it is loving called "CANNOT REMOVE FEEDBACK" still you have spent your precious time by appealing in CRF.

Well from now on you will not even have to do that because CRF has been shut down from 31st January 2012. Now every seller can enjoy his or her negative feedback.

Hi,
Today I tried to sign in but could not.
This forum did not work and had to be shut down.
Ebay should device a policy for removal of unjust feed back. The case of Ashok Agarwal should be very justly reviewed and negative feed back should be removed. Otherwise what is the meaning of honesty?

CRF Is Mockery of Ebay System, Even Ebay india was ashamed of its working & results so they have closed it. Please do not waste your time writing there and appealing since it will give you hope but it can never work with honesty so its Emotional Atyachar 🙂

Please speak to buyer and work with them on some terms and watever losses you face feel as its bad debt,

Ebay Feedback & guarantee claims are made for Buyers so its high time we should accept it.

Dear Ebayers,

Thank you for sharing your valuable opinion about CRF. I am really so frustrated to see such Feedback and can do nothing for this unjustice.

We have jewellery show-room since 30 years and not a single customer dare to say like cheat or fraud and we dealt all our online customers in the same way as we deal in show-room.

The Buyer in question bought one pair Gold Forming Bangle, he wrote size is smaller than what is written on the page, I wrote- it should not be so but may be due to any human error, if it has happened, please send back, and we will exchange the same with absolutely no expenses for buyer even I wrote, his returning courier charges will also be deposited in his account. But to my great surprise, the buyer from the first communication started writing, that he will go to consumer court, file cheating case in IPC and CRPC like that and gave immediately Negative, even before I know what he wants. I think, he even do not know what he wants.

I explained the whole situation in CRF, buyer didnot replied or defended, case went to Jury and Ebay sent email that Feedback will remain.

Ebay is putting last nail to the coffin by doing so, as anyone can see in Discussion Board, only hundreds of sily complains are there and no praise. No customer service.

We had two occassions with foreign buyers when Speed Post delivered and item not found but in that case also buyer never gave Negative but requested our assistance and we settled amicably. Under no circumstances we dissatisfy our buyer even at cost of financial loss.

Foreign Buyers are absolutely matured and understands the reality.

We are not habituated to see and listen such words and have decided gradually winding up Ebay relation which we started in 2004.

Closed our shop yesterday and consolidating for winding up and thinking alternative of opening our online store.

Just shared our experience and sentiment with my fellow Ebayers.
