Thank you for sharing your valuable opinion about CRF. I am really so frustrated to see such Feedback and can do nothing for this unjustice.
We have jewellery show-room since 30 years and not a single customer dare to say like cheat or fraud and we dealt all our online customers in the same way as we deal in show-room.
The Buyer in question bought one pair Gold Forming Bangle, he wrote size is smaller than what is written on the page, I wrote- it should not be so but may be due to any human error, if it has happened, please send back, and we will exchange the same with absolutely no expenses for buyer even I wrote, his returning courier charges will also be deposited in his account. But to my great surprise, the buyer from the first communication started writing, that he will go to consumer court, file cheating case in IPC and CRPC like that and gave immediately Negative, even before I know what he wants. I think, he even do not know what he wants.
I explained the whole situation in CRF, buyer didnot replied or defended, case went to Jury and Ebay sent email that Feedback will remain.
Ebay is putting last nail to the coffin by doing so, as anyone can see in Discussion Board, only hundreds of sily complains are there and no praise. No customer service.
We had two occassions with foreign buyers when Speed Post delivered and item not found but in that case also buyer never gave Negative but requested our assistance and we settled amicably. Under no circumstances we dissatisfy our buyer even at cost of financial loss.
Foreign Buyers are absolutely matured and understands the reality.
We are not habituated to see and listen such words and have decided gradually winding up Ebay relation which we started in 2004.
Closed our shop yesterday and consolidating for winding up and thinking alternative of opening our online store.
