I don't know what to do ?

Recently, I sold an item on ebay. But, the buyer complaints that he received the box filled with waste papers and old magazines.

But, the condition of the packet was quite right while he received it. It was not looking like mutilated so he received it.

I don't know what to do with this situation ?
even I can't claim to courier / post as the packet is delivered already.
It was a high value product and caused me great loss.

Can anyone advise me what to do in such a situation ?

chat with CC people. I never faced such problem, it might be either the "COURIER people theft" or the "FRUAD BUYER".

But most of the times it happens due to bad packing, so some people who work in reputed couriers try to steal things from boxes. IF U packed it nice and tight with completly closed and no way to open with out tearing the packing then nothing happens.

Hope U solve this issue soon, in the future take great care while packing and be professional, if U look for a couple of tens of rupees then U loose thousands.
