Recently i have filed a case on 14th Aug and the case id given to me was 57199. Please let me know about the status. When shall my case get closed.On 18th Aug i got some information from your representative who was a asking me to send a scanned copy of the proof that i have sent the item to the seller. But i am unable to send the picture through ebay.Please help me..
