How to Give refund to buyers by Paisapay ?

Hi!
I was just curious to know whether it is possible to give refund to a buyer by paisapay (Without opening a dispute)?

I had recently bought an item from a seller and then paid by paisapay. However after a few days a mail came to me from paisapay that my money was being refunded by the seller. The money was credited into my account.

Can anyone tell me the process involved?

A seller can make a refund to the buyer with the below procedure.

PaisaPay -> Selling with PaisaPay -> Make a refund to buyer

However the amount may get refuneded for many reasons,

If the product not in stock, then the seller has given you the refund.

If the listings were deleted by the eBay team, then too there is possibility of getting a refund.

In one of the ebay policies regarding Seller's Non Performance it's written......

If a seller has refused to complete a sale, and payment has not been sent or payment has been refunded, report the seller. Make sure to include a copy of the email documenting the seller's refusal to complete the sale with the full message text and complete email headers when making your report.

I feel the Seller must take the Buyer into confidence before refunding the money.

Get in touch with the PaisaPay department to know the reasons of refund.
