How can a seller refund money to the buyer paid through PaisaPay?

Greetings!!!

A buyer has bought an item (No:200859352749) in the auction. He paid the amount through PaisaPay. After successful payment customer has checked the item description again and found that it was women's wear but not men's wear.As he wanted only men's wear he requested me to cancel the transaction and to refund the money.

The auction was completed on 12/12/2012.

Please let me know how could I resolve this and how to refund the customer.

May be you can do it from your My PaisaPay A/c.

go to > My PaisaPay > Sold with PaisaPay > Unshipped

Select the Product and hit Refund/Cancel

when you are refunding on buyer request please do remember one point you will be charged for final value fee from ebay. You will not be charged any paisapay fees. So be carefull for refunding on buyer request. Even you do not get anything you need to pay final vale fee and the item will not be qualified for insertion fee creadit on the next listing.

After refunding the buyer just email customer support with the paisapay and tell them that you refunded the buyer on request. They would then credit the final value fee.
