How can I change my billing currency

Hi,

I tried this once and changed my billing currency from Australian dollars to Indian rupees. I'm not sure how to access this setting again as it has not worked the first time. I'm still being billed in AUD.

Today, I put up an item for auction and saw (just before submitting my listing) that my billing currency is still AUD. Now, I don't want to recieve another bill in AUD. How can I change it so I get my bill in INR.

no one help there.. india customer center asked to call US (ISD number) and when mailed them they again asked to call.

it is too much costy
