I got a personal call from your staff inviting me to promote my item for 50 % Discount on Home Page Featured then i surf through your promotion ad on the subject matter and I found that for feature listing you charge only Rs. 50 and so with other charges get reduced by 50% hence i had promoted my Item number 4376574886

Now, where is your 50% discount ? did I become a FOOL ? Hope that it will not be a case.
I seen my account status and found that the said fees instantly debited to my account but the said item not appeared as highlighted or featured listing !! Isn't its strange. if you instantly debit the account , the you must promote the item instantly or atleast should make seller aware that within how much time the item will be prmoted ?
I tried to contact your customer support but there is no proper heading to mention this question anywhere hence i have to ask you this problem only through here
