I am a newbie to ebay and have a very basic question about selling on ebay!
If while listing something on ebay i choose to put my item in featured listing for which i have to pay extra fees.
So, my question is do i have to pay these extra fees only if the item sells or i have to pay these fees irrespective wether the item sells or not!
Please reply me ASAP!

You got to pay for that listing fee and other features you choose to add even if that does not sell.If that sells,you pay an FVF.
