Final Value Fee Credit

I need a FVF for the item No.8394731695. The buyer has not paid and I opened a dispute for FVF. The buyer still says that he would pay and I have not got my FVF. Please note that the buyer raman691 has alltogether 3 negative ratings and he is a time pass bidder and infact I have also blocked him from bidding on my items but he still managed to bid on my item.

I have sold this item as a second chance offer to the next closest bidder rambahu the item number being 8397782139(I don't know why I got a different item no when I am selling it as a second chance offer). I have sold only one item and not 2 items. I need a FVF for item no.8394731695 for which I have been invoiced.

Hi,

Has it has been ended on 20th March, You can file the Unpaid dispute only on 27th or 28th of March. You need to wait 7 days (if buyer doesn't respond) to get the FVF Credit.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. This buyer told that he would not buy so I applied for a FVF credit immediately. Then this buyer didn't close the dispute instead he simply sent a reply that he would pay which he is not going to.

I don't understand how does ebay trust this buyer who has 3 negative feedback altogether and simply they are not giving me FVF credit where I have 100% positive feed back. Dosen't ebay realise that this buyer is just not telling the truth and he is time pass bidder. They could do that by just looking at the buyer's ratings left by other sellers.

These kind of happenings would certainly keep of genuine sellers and buyers like me.

Hi,

If you have opened Unpaid Item process for mutual withdraw of transaction and if the buyer doesn't respond to the dispute, then you will get the FVF Credit only after 7 days.

Also all buyers are not fake. Atleast he told that he doesn't need your product any more and I consider him as a prompt person. ---------------

HI,

The problem is the buyer has mailed me that he is not interested in the product but when I filed the FVF credit he has responded to ebay that he would buy the product. A real sadist guy. Ebay simply beleives the buyer and I think they are more interested to get their selling fees from me even though the sale did not take place with this person and ebay knows this very well.
