ERRORS IN LISTING TOOLS

I would like to bring it to your notice that "turbo lister" has errors, what ever we list (nationally) using it is listed internationally, due to which all my listings in the last month are international even though when i have listed it nationally. i hope ebay will help me in this regard as i have clearly checked each and every listing before uploading it nationally. i have loaded every listing with zero fees but when i received the bill i was shocked. please help me in this regard.
This is serious concern to me because i am very small trader and my total sales for a month is around 1 lakh and when i received the bill, i was shocked to see a bill for rs1.23 lakh.
I have checked the total details of the bill and 90% of the bill amount is for international listing which i cannot explain why, though whenever listing through "turbo lister" it showed zero fees.
I sincerely hope ebay.in will help me in this regard and reverse the charges.

To report any problem relating to Turbo Lister, I will request you to click on the Help >> Contact Customer Support, in your Turbo Lister. There you can write the exact nature of trouble you are facing and mail it to Help desk.
This process ensures that your log files are automatically sent to the Help desk. The log files are extremely important to solve any Turbo Lister related issues.
