EBay Pain

Its now been 2 months since Ebay has blocked any new listings for me..they claim that i have sold 2 items, keep billing me for the same, when i have sent them umpteen messages that the bidders were frauds and i am only relisting the item again.
why cant they get it through their thick skulls that if i am relisting the item, its obvious that it has not been sold.
sometimes i am baffled at the sheer incompetence of these people

This is eBay Guru here, giving hand on experienced advices.

eBay is very good platform, stop bashing them and educate yourself to their policies. go through this step by step list:

1. after seven days of any sell which doesn't realises [means buyer dont pay for it] send an unpaid item disput to the buyer through eBay.
2. wait for the buyers responce, if he is a fake buyer or he dont want to pay, he will not respond to it.
3. after another week you can claim the final value fee credit from the eBay people, it is just a clic away, you dont have to write anything to anyone to claim final value fee.
4. now you can relist the item.

Still have confusion, search for ebay guru on discussion board and write there.
