EBAY HAS CLOSED ALL CLAIMS WITH SELLER PROTECTION

Today ebay has closed all claims with seller protection,  generally  if buyer raise a complaint that the product is not working, ebay ask them to dispatch and update the courier details,  but today they have closed call claims without asking anything and all claims closed has been in seller protection.

This is first time they done like this,  i talked with customer care they told all claims have been closed with seller protection,

Yes exactly..when buyer opens the claim they are contact seller fast but when we open a seller protection they are not contacting us.


My seller protection claim has been opened since last one month abd they are not contacting me.i called many time on ebay they are only telling that we are taking ur request on higher prioritty.
