Dealing with Fraud Buyers

I'm a new seller on ebay and am facing problems of dealing with Buyer's Fraud. There are many buyers on ebay who buy product from me and then claim for the refund. I'm using DTDC which is a well known courier company and in its Tracking Status it is showing that the item was delivered but buyer still posts a refund claim. I have to each time approach to DTDC for providing me POD (proof of Delivery) of the message.

Any suggestions how to keep such buyers at par ? Please reply.

Sorry to hear this. Please double check using DTDC courier.

I had faced some problems in the past with DTDC couriers. They open the product for NO REASON and tamper the packing. Sometimes they mishandle it poorly.

Better use TRACKON, SpeedPost, BlueDart (For expensive items)

Keep faith n trust on your buyers, you will also get the same in turn.

Do not expect from others, just be the change you want.
