I send my client an parcel contents of 6 wallets & he says he has got only 4 wallets I have used DTDC for it even the cover is not torn DTDC is also denying how do we prove ? There are chances that the client is not being true where do we sellers go ? Please sellers say something about it ?

The buyer is supposed to check the item in front of the courier delivery person and then sign the slip. If the slip has been signed then it's taken for granted that the buyer has received the item (in your case, all the 6 wallets).

Thanks for your reply . Well Paisapay has agreed to what you had said ? But the client has left 2 negative feedback & filed a case in resolution centre & is behind the refund .How can I take a loss like this ? When I spoke to DTDC they say when the parcel is taken it is accepted that the contents were right & delivered can't claim to them also .
