Cheap and best courier company

Hi , im a seller on ebay. I deal in locks and door hardware from aligarh (UP) . I usually ship 4-5 parcel daily. I was doing business with DTDC but they have increased their rates so have to switch. Tried aramex but their serviceable area is less because usually i recieve order from south india. Can anyone please suggest me best and cheap courier company.

Can anyone say how to ship item if we dont have reg shop ,courier company are asking for bill/invoice.

any other way to ship other powership.in powership we faced lot of problems in last 3months,they are charging 10times more than actual weight. till now no solution from powership.total loss with powership
