Hi,

This is the 4th time that I am sending this mail & posting it on the community center for you, for reversing the Chargeback on our account. It seems that a seller is not at all valued at eBay. Always remember that the seller & eBay work in partnership towards providng a nice shopping experience to the buyers. But with this kind of behavior you are forcing Power Sellers to go away from the eBay website. Our eBay PaisaPay Account was debited for a chargeback. We have attached the scanned copy of the POD received from the courier company - Bluedart for your review. I have put a tick mark on the concerned Airway Bill number.

Amount: Rs. 14,806.58
Reason: Card - Absent Environment

Since we have delivered the item to the right address & person, we request you to review the POD & reverse the chargeback.

Hi,Now a days chargeback is one of main problem to eBay community!eBay should do urgent solution for chargeback issues.reasently I also became the victim of charge back.I received a mail from eBay on April 2009 regarding the Paisapay payment processed on December 1 2008!from my part I have done everything perfectly.In almost every transactions even in banks this type of issues will be settled if arised within one or maximum 2 months.how can we keep the POD s and other proofs for such a long time.
so please do something to prevent/eliminate chargeback issues.

Firstly I truly apolozige for the inconvenience caused to you in this
situation. On checking our records I see that we had already escalated
your case to our concern Team to get it sorted. However, Im sorry to
inform you that we are still in process to revert this money into your
Account. I agree that you had submitted all the copies as per require
ments.

I can understand your frustration in this case. Even a ebay member
myself if Im at your position and facing a same problem. Definately I
would also came up with same words. I also see that you had completed
all the formalities as per our requirements. But Im so sad to see that
till yet issue is not resolved. However, We are trying our level best to
resolve the issue. But due to some Technical issue we are not able to
proceed the same.

So in that case I would like to request you that kindly allow us some
time to look into the matter and resolve the issue. Once we get any
details surely we will update you from our side.

I know that this is not a resolution that you are expecting with us. But
I had tried my level to best to pulled out more clarification on this
issue. Your patience and understanding is highly appreciable in this
