Chargebacks & eBay playing foul game

Hi,

This is the 4th time that I am sending this mail & posting it on the community center for you, for reversing the Chargeback on our account. It seems that a seller is not at all valued at eBay. Always remember that the seller & eBay work in partnership towards providng a nice shopping experience to the buyers. But with this kind of behavior you are forcing Power Sellers to go away from the eBay website. Our eBay PaisaPay Account was debited for a chargeback. We have attached the scanned copy of the POD received from the courier company - Bluedart for your review. I have put a tick mark on the concerned Airway Bill number.

Reason: Card - Absent Environment

Since we have delivered the item to the right address & person, we request you to review the POD & reverse the chargeback.

I have sent 6 emails to PaisaPay & every time they say that they have not received any email from me. I even get the automated acknowledgment from the PaisaPay Id about the email receipt.

This is highly unfair on part of eBay ??

Hi all !:)

i have submitted documents regarding chargeback for the paisapay id : 23861152462,23771615722 & 23775784984,23888417132 . Till now no Amount hasbeen credited to my account and no reply from Ebay.

the buyer's id is : mdzaheer83_123 for first 3 ids.

this kind of chargeback are the huge loss to all sellers at Ebay India.

then what kind of verification from ebay is doing, when a buyer making payment through Credit card and after a couple of months the sellers account is Debited saying "CHARGEBACK RECOVERED"

: - can anybody from ebay plz what is the actual time
period for chargeback amount to revert ?

: - is There any solution for this ?

: - shouldn't be there a option to avoid payments
through credit cards ?

buyer's id is : mdzaheer83_123 is a true fraud buyer. BUYER knows how to buy and avoid the paisapay verification process and reverse the charge after few weeks.

The Buyer has made many chargebacks on many seller for the last few months. I wonder why EBAY is not taking action on this particular buyer.

Also as ebay is not allowing to place any -ve feeback on buyer so the BUYER IS ALWAYS ESCAPING by doing fraud.

Hi This is shivesh (Om_infotech2004) as i see this buyers fizmoh321 & mdzaheer83_123 and many others; all this guys sould not be allowed to make purchase on ebay why ebay keeps there account active if this guys use fraud credit card and also all sort of verifcation is done by ebay then why seller should suffer we pay to ebay 4.65% for paisa pay tranction which includes verification charges also.now stop all this nonsense of chargebacks pls as due high competition we sell our product at low margins and then if we come to know after earning some ammount we have charge back then the spirit of doing bussiness goes down.

I have also seen that nw a days ebay is fooling around vendors.

First of all till the time vendor send 8-10 mails for POD they say they have not recieved them.This time i have sent POD along with CC to Raj and Zubin in Ebay and asked Paisapay weather they have recieved the pod of not..They denied that they have not recieved the POD when i told them that i have forwarded to raj and zubin as well and they have recieved the POD then after some time payal on ebay chat said she had recieved it this time. This shows how ebay is trying to neglect their vendors and fooling around..

Secondly customer picked up the product from courier center and signed the POD along with that courier took his Licence proof..and i think Licence and Customer signature on POD is more then enough but ebay said it doesnt work as the courier name is not clear on runsheet..This is unfair practise by ebay as it clearly shows customer signature phone no. along with photo identity..So please help..
