Cannot Login To Community Court

When I try to login to Community Court I get the following error. Looks like eBay wants to do away with the sellers last resort also.

Login to CC is not a problem atleast for now as I am able to login.

I am using Firefox 3.0.11 (I have always Firefox). The problem started after I had voted on 4 or 5 cases and then suddenly this error message came up.

I am getting the same problem even with Internet Explorer 8.0 RC.1

I am not using Google Chrome 2.0 for ebay as there is lot of font problems in Google Chrome 2.0

So this is what we have:

Firefox 3: Error
Google Chrome: Error
Internet Explorer 8: Error

Internet Explorer 7: No Error

eBay should work on the browser compatibility. Doesn't make sense when you cast a vote and it is negated because of an error.

Can someone from eBay Technical please look into this?

I have recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 8. How can I roll back to the older version?

I think you may have a point here. The problem is with the way ebay scripts handle Java or some incomptibility issues with Java.

Thank you for posting this issue on the community boards.

This is currently looked into and our team will surely resolve the issue.

I'll update the thread as well once the issue is resolved.

Having said that, the community court URL works fine with the latest version of Mozilla as well. You may want to try doing that in the meantime.

By latest version of Mozilla you mean the Firefox browser, right. Well I am using the latest Mozilla version 3.0.11 and I am still getting error with CC.

I am sure it has something to do with Java scripts.

BTW is there a limit on number of cases one can vote on in one session ???

I am using FF 3 (version 3.0.11) too and get the error.

Perhaps Indraneel is referring to version 3.5 that has just launched a couple of days back?

I haven't tried on 3.5. Has anybody?
