Cannot Login To Community Court

When I try to login to Community Court I get the following error. Looks like eBay wants to do away with the sellers last resort also.

Hey Guys,

Yesterday and today I tried to log in using IE and I can't even log in now! As soon as I enter name and password, I get the error:

This is getting down right frustrating. For all you know, not enough votes are being received cause people just can't log in! Will somebody from eBay Technical please look into this? This is ridiculous...it's been days and no action from eBay end.

Hello,

Just tried Firefox 3.5. Same error.

Then tried Safari 4. Same error.

Then tried Opera 9.64. Same error.

Indraneel, why don't you try accessing the community court yourself on the above browsers and see for yourself?

Is there any way to email the screesnhots to make you believe that the problem is happening even on the latest Firefox and other browsers?

This is snowballing into a long drawn issue with no resolution in site at eBay's end. Greatly effects sellers and voting and new judge entrants.

Yes in Mozilla Firefox 3.5 I am still getting the same error when I login to CC.

I have already reported this error in post 6 on 26th June 2009 but no action taken till date.

No wonder cases are not being resolved in CC and this could be the main reason as users cannot login or vote in CC.

Hey Guys,

Tried to log in using Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 which is the lastest, final version of IE8 (not releae candidate version).

Still the same error.

Come on eBay...respond and resolve the issue...how lethargic can the Company get? I guess letharigc enough that eBay's stock price has fallen 41% within one year where as in 1 year it's nearest USA competitor's stock price has increased 17% and now trades at almost 5 times of eBay's price.

Look at the indications eBay...all your lethargy is causing this...if such kind of service continues...the only way for you guys is further down into oblivion...and I am pretty sure the United States Govt. wouldn't fund your bailout 🙂

Sunday 12th July 2009 was big waste as I could not login to CC even once. I have 2 cases pending in CC and I have to login to see the progress.

I am surprised that ebay's attitude towards this issue has been so slack and soooooo causal.

I think this is ebay latest tactic in getting rid of CC.
Ultimately people will stop writing and CC will stop functioning and ebay will declare it dead.

The issue is now resolved. Just logged in using Firefox 3.5 and was able to log in and cast a vote in the Community Court.

THANK YOU to all those in eBay who took notice and the pain to help resolve this issue.

Yes as on now the issue seems to be resloved...

I was able to login and also vote on cases in CC.

Requesting all buyers and sellers on ebay to please vote on CC cases and make it a success.
