Calls from Ebay

I just got a call from someone who claimed to be from Ebay. He told me to sign up on some site sellercircle. Are these calls genuinely from Ebay or is somebody misusing the contact details. If latter is the case then I believe Ebay should look into this immediately.

That is seller central.Ebay will call you sometimes. Though they dont call me any more. Why I dont know.
