CRF is unfair & non-transparent

Hi,

Recently we filed an appeal in CRF for a negative feedback received. The buyer left a -ve feedback on the grounds that a different model was shipped. Below is the item link:

We have shown 3 models in our listing & clearly mentioned that anyone of the 3 models will be shipped. The 2nd model with a blue slider was shipped. Then why is the buyer complaining. Moreover the CRF has decided in favor of buyer. There are some basic questions which have been asked earlier as well:

1. Who is on the jury of CRF. We do not expect ebay to disclose names or ids but at least share the ratio of buyers vs sellers vs ebay staff.

2. In the final verdict email from CRF it should state how many votes were received for seller vs buyer.

3. If something is mentioned in the description & the buyer still ignores it & takes the whole feedback system for a ride, there is should be a clause in the feedback removal policy to get these types of feedbacks removed.

As a seller where were we wrong? But the buyer has taken the complete feedback system for a ride. Now we sit here helplessly & can do nothing about it. This was the only low DSR received in last 3 months. The earlier appeal system was better. Right now we feel it is a time waste to appeal on CRF.

I have not heard even a single case in which seller has won in CRF. All the cases go in favor of buyer.

In my case buyer got the item, refund also due to the T&S team, who think we sellers are liar & buyers are always genuine. They don't even know there are many buyer doing this type of stuffs.

And finally after getting item & refund he left a negative feedback.

We gave all evidence of threatening conversation by buyer in CRF through screenshot. Still the case went in favor of buyer.

No more trust on CRF.

I have stopped filing cases in CRF, no point, it is completely run by ebay staff and its pet sellers just in case somebody takes CRF to the court. Take a hit and refund the buyer if you want to remove the negative FB but CRF is totally useless. Let ebay show a single seller as jury member and a single case where negative FB has been removed, I challenge ebay on this. Even where the buyer has said to remove negative FB even in those cases FB has not been removed what more proof is needed to confirm that CRF is completely rigged.

I have also stop filing cases in CRF.Its just waste of time and energy.CRF is of no use.If u get negative feedback just contact the buyer talk to him that the best way to remove negative feedback

I am also agreed with all of you, CRF is totally waste of time. There is no option to remove feedbacks even you have evidence on that matter. Dont know who are Jurys??????? Can any one know it? I also dont file cases in CRF beacause of some bad experience in the past.. ebay is a heaven for buyer's and hell for seller's. Buyer easily play with the ebay policies against seller's....it is not good deal.

CRF is not at all workable. It is better to accept the Negative and not waste more energy in re-solving the same, unless the buyer is keen to re-solve.

CRF is Waste of Time. We file case by stating so many proofs and documents and even if buyer agrees feedback was in error still CRF is against seller. CRF is useless and they should stop it else they should rollback CRF.

Pink's don't reply because they don't have any answer. Even if they reply you will not get your answer because they will give some sort of computerized reply.

Can say only 1 word for CRF that is WORST
