HOW SHOULD I RECH TILL RIGHT PERSON TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

We are facing the same issue since the past 4 months and have tried contacting Ebay merchant care through chat, phone and emails inumerous times but they are least bothered to even reply. Ebay merchant care seems to be a joke!! The most pathetic bunch of incompetent's in the current marketplace scenario.

That s very much true.  Since last month i have called up around 45 times and sent 18 mails to Power ship team as well as selling teams ... but concern ppl are always not available ..... BUNCH OF "THUGS" ....
