Recently I have been seeing a few ID placing order of high value item and providing a remote Bihar address.
He claims there is no SPEEDPOST service but there is DTDC and firstflight service.
When I refused to send through DTDC he claims refund. Again after receiving refund he placed a new order and now once again claims refund.
I feel there is some scheme running in ebay due to which these buyers are placing order and asking refund.
Anyone else had this issue?
