Buyer want to cheat me because of paisapay.Indraneel please help me

Hello Everyone,
Buyer adriangusman paid me 13,499/- thru paisapay id 22366493334 and I dispatch him product thru www.skynetwwe.com and tracking no for the same is 0001-11936674. As per tracking record product was received by buyer on 22-aug-08 and even buyer gave me positive feedback for the same.

Today I got email from paisapay as following

Dear rajawadu,
Buyer adriangusman has requested a refund on item "Indian Ethnic wedding traditional sherwani jodhpuri 410" (360075103806) on 09-Sep-08, stating that the item was not received before the delivery deadline.

So now it is clear that buyer want to cheat me now what should I do?
I sent courier detail with snepshot of tracking to paisapaypod@ebay.com

Anything else I have to do?
Do anyone have paisapay helpline no?
I hope I would not have to loss 13499/- because of this strange ebay policies

Very shocking.
1)PaisaPay must give much more time for international shipping.
2)This compulsory PaisaPay is a killer for sellers.
PaisaPay understands this very well.But they are bent to go their way.
Now what?

Hello Samin,

It is not at all an issue!

You just have to send the Online POD copy to the PP team before the deadline and meanwhile request for the POD-Hardcopy from the courier service. PP team will call you on this and would eventually put the refund-request on hold.

You can be rest assured that you will get a favorable reply from PP provided you should have the POD-Hardcopy that matches the shipping details entered on MyPaisapay.

This is a question of delivery deadline.
Seller must get 6 weeks time.
Registered letter from Germany takes 10 weeks to reach me.PaisaPay was an advantage.PaisaPay has become a headache for both Indian and international sellers.
God knows what PaisaPay going to do in future.
I am going to increase non-India listings in a day or two.This is something which I resisted but am forced to do.

Thank you for posting your concern on the community boards and let me assure you that I'll do all that it would take to help you in this matter.

Our Paisapay team checks every claim being raised by a buyer and in case the seller raises a dispute with contradiction and details then the claim is put on hold and assessed. This process includes thorough checks with the seller and you need not bother till the time you have written to the team.

I've also escalated this case to the Paisapay team as well and soon you should necessary actions being taken.

thanks for your reply and support.
I mailed client yesterday by ebay messaging system and ask client why he has done so.He replied that he has done this by mistake.He recieved item in time as he put same in feedback and he is very satisfied.
I forwarded message to paisapaypod@ebay.in as a proof from client himself
