Recently I've sold an item# 8429575791, an electronic document. But a buyer concluded that it was a dinar note. He never asked anything about that listing, and made his payment. After I delivered the e-document, he started sending untolerable mails, and he left a negative feedback. Now he opened an Item Significantly Not as Described dispute.
His message:
Item Significantly Not As Described: DINAR - READ THIS INFO BEFORE YOU BUY NEW IRAQI DINARS (#8429575791)
Payment Method: Personal Check
Payment Date: 20-Jun-2006
Additional Details: This f***er has placed a 25k dinar note in item image.
In his item description he mentioned item description as new.and put 17 nos item for sale .if there is

Sellers can't be able to
sell unlimited number of items, eventhough the item is an electronic document. Look at the above
listings for proofs.
It was clear that you didn't go through my item description. In my item description, I didn't mention
anything about selling of dinar notes. In fact, the title was, "DINAR - READ THIS INFO BEFORE YOU BUY
NEW IRAQI DINARS"
At the bottom of my item description, I have also mentioned that the item is an
electronic document.
"Due to the nature of the product (Electronic Document), no refunds will be
given and hence all sales are final."
So I am no way liable for your misunderstanding.
Item delivered as described. You are mad enough to think that one can sell dinar note for 70 rupees.
I have not mentioned anything about selling or delivery of dinar notes. You are playing well and
already your feedback proved it. I have a positive feedback score in which many buyers have already
purchased the same item from me.
Absolutely no refund will be provided. If you continue sending untolerable mails, you will face legal action.
Still he is thinking that I am cheating. Anyone please suggest me a solution to handle this issue. Thanks in advance.
