BUG IN EBAY Cant File Final Value Fee Credit

I cannot file the Final Value Fee Credit it is giving errors,
Please rectify this Bug ASAP

This is a known problem but they are takign lot of time to fix the bug.

They have charged Me over Rs 41000

I am still o get FVC for over 70 products. !!sAsTaITsHop!!
