Additional Payment Options disabled????

Guys, while I list an item I don't get to select the additional payment methods of COD, Cheque, DD, Buyer Pick-up and Others.. Seems like Ebay has stopped offering all other modes of payment to its buyers.. In the listing wizard I get the payment options but the check boxes are all disabled and so after completing the listing I can only see PaisaPay as the available payment option on my page..

Someone please clarify..

As a new lister you can offer only PaisaPay as a Payment method for your first 20 lifetime listings. You can offer other payment methods once you complete 20 listings on eBay. Listings that are created on any eBay site from the time of registration are called lifetime listings.

I have one more question..

I would want to know the no of liftime listings I have. I guess, I can find it somewhere on MY EBAY.. If yes, where is it located, if no, where can I get to know about my liftime figure..

Whenever you list a product you get a email confirming the listing. Search your Inbox in case you have preserved the mails.

Else ask Live Help as suggested below
