Abused, Threatened and Misbehaved by using insulting language

I am a new seller on eBay and having a tough time.
As I see there is no security for a seller on eBay, any buyer can abuse, misbehave and threat you for no reason. And, you should not expect any help from anywhere.

Because an eBay seller doesn't, even, have a right to open any case against such buyer who is trying to cheat you.

Recently, one of my buyer "ranjan435" bought an item from me and intentionally damaged it. Then, demanded refund. However he was assured for it on his first call. But, he wanted more than what he paid for it.
And threatened, If I don't pay, he will destroy my business and credibility, he will feedback negative and open a case against me.
And, he did it.

I wrote to eBay team / customer support and finally to "inrswebhelp@ebay.com"

But, the role of eBay staff is extremely indifferent in this whole episode. No, one wants to hear or help.
The buyer had opened a fake case for "Item not as described" and
Someone Aashish Gupta from ebay team approved it without hearing or understanding my concern, while I was not ready for it.

And, now the buyer "ranjan435" has given a final blow to tarnish my credibility, and left a negative feed back, as he had threatened for.

I don't know, what should I do ? Should I close down my seller's account ?

I understand your situation & realize that you are going through very tough condition.But also tell you that never disappointed & take your position till last breath.:-) The problem which you are facing is very common to all sellers.Even I can tell that from my 7 years experience.

Due to these fraud buyers my a/c has been suspended till 6 months.Fraud buyers claims their refund but ultimately ebay deny all their refund on the basis of my proof.Because there was no fault from my side, I did not cheat them.And I stand alone in my position.Still hold it.

During my suspension I faced huge loss in my stocked items & business.Whenever they see that you are genuine & doing well they try to demolish you & your business on ebay.And ebay basically give extra privilege & support to buyer.I had been cheated many times in ebay by buyers.But never defraud any person because I am not a bad guy.I provide my items to every buyer at lowest possible price.

That's why my a/c is again under restriction for 1 month.But I stand in my position.

However from my experience I can tell you that appeal against your -ve feedback to community court immediately otherwise ebay restricted/suspended your a/c due to seller non performance.

In appeal tell all truth & clarify to jury member that why you believe that this -ve feedback is unfair.
