Ebay not sending me confirmation mail.

Hi,
I am a ebay user since last 8 Years.
Recently (3 months ago) I started selling and sold a few items here at ebay.
everything went smoothly.
Just 1 problem I am facing -
Paisapay fees is deducted at source that's OK
But regarding ebay fees.
I paid ebay Seller fees 3 times for 3 months using my debit card via paisapay, Although it's updated in records but I never received any confirmation mail for the amount paid.
I tried asking customer care they're saying they don't provide any confirmation mail regarding that.
I tried again some another CSE told me they do provide email confirmation for the amount paid for ebay Selling fees.
As discussed on phone with customer care executive he told me to send mail at customer care with all the details, I tried that do
but no response for the email since a month.
I can see it's all updated in my account & I've no dues but I never received any email for all the 3 transactions I 've done for paying my ebay fees.
What should I do now ?
This is irresponsible behaviour from ebay.
