Cannot update my primary phone no.

Hello all,

              I had received two calls from ebay about my phone no. confirmation and I didnt pick them up.So,I have only 1 phone no. and I cannot relist any of my sellings due to error that I cannot update my phone no. to the same old phone no.

How can they remove blocking to my old phone no.
