Any one knows what should we do about the CSBV shipping bills opened in EDPMS ? against our small ebay shipments bank is asking for 1000-2000rs for closing it and they can also deny because the amount in Shipping bills and FIRCS are mismatched.

Please suggest me what to do? How other sellers are solving this problem?
