I need an eBay account manager. How do I get one assigned to me?

Tried writing a mail to inselling@ebay.com 12 days ago a still haven't received any help for the same.

Tried contacting the help center too but the only resolution they provide is to contact at inselling@ebay.com.

Trying to start Ebay global shipping program and trying to login shows an error of:

Your EGS account is not active.

• If you are new to EGS, please contact your eBay Account Manager.
