hi ebay team
my account is restricted on US & canada due to late shipment rate .we want to reinstate my account. please help us to reinstate my account. my restriction applied from dated 6th june 2024 without giving us single warning .ebay block our us & canada (US CORRIDOR BLOCK),ebay can give warning to ebay seller before restriction. seller can control or do action on it to avoid restriction.our APR & MAY month order delay or item does not deliver to BUYER due to logistic partner.all this due to logistic partner. if ebay give us warning, we take action on time.

the recent BBE policy needs to be scraped or at least following changes be made:

1)allow at least some cancellation quota based on the 90 days order volume. 

2)If seller performs well above the required threshold for example if some seller performed at 0% INR for 12months straight, and in 13th month due to uncontrollable factors INR rate shoots up above the average industry value - the seller shouldn't be wacked with restrictions. I mean what about the 12months he spent at 0% INR rate or SNAD rate or cancellation rate?

3) the cancellations should be treated as per factual reasons as opposed to current default out of stock. Even if address is problematic and the logistics provider is terming it as Remote and asking for a hefty Remote surcharge which leaves seller with nothing but "AIR"...in such scenarios if ebay wants to give buyers such a nice experience they should shell out the remote surcharge from their own pockets...if not simply give sellers a quota to cancel orders from. After the quota is exhausted normal policy maybe applied.
