Greetings ,

i have been using an individual account but now want to upgrade it to business ,uploaded all the documents .how much time it takes .any customer care help available ? it takes to same topics again again after clicking help and contact. please advice if anyone had done it or got an advice .

With eBay Managing Payments, the registration process has undergone changes. We hope that your issue has now been resolved. 

To make changes to your account type, you need to go to Account Settings - > Business Info. You would be able to change the business type.
