Ebay Never Permit New Seller To List In Gemstone category

We Tried A Lot to Get Permission to list In Gemstone Category But Ebay never Provide It . Its Very Hard to sell on ebay as a new seller . We emailed them related our issue but every time same reply got by ebay that to list in other category . without a knowledge of product how we will sell in other category . we have experience in this on around 4 to 5 years . We have an Experience to sell on etsy . Can Anyone Help Us to resolve This Issue
