y is this paisapay not having a coustemer care ?? they arent refunding even after ebay is approving?

paisa pay sucks 
its been 1 month i claimed for refund

and ebay approved for it 

and till now  i didnt get my refun 

i tried calling ebay but they wont respond and ironically their responce time is 18minuts 

wat are u ppl nuts 

18 minuts in life waiting for ur representative 

and this paisa pay should hav a coustemer care 

and they should update ppl abt their steps 😕
