Need urgent clarification ASAP as i have purched a Samsung Core from Ebay on 22nd of Aug but i didn't received the item and claimed for refun... will anybody update me or do i move to the consumer court. kindly check and revert. and why the item is showing deliverted. is Ebay not a trusted site
