what the heck is this PaisaPay stuff. my listings on my ebay is different this morning

im so confused about the PaisaPay stuff.  my stuff i'm selling has a RS and then an outrageous amount there.  whats going on.

I am looking for an answer to the same question. My PaisaPay account has been suspended. What? I don't even know what it is and i did not sign up for anything in india. Why would ebay confuse their sellers without some kind of advance notice? I am so comfused right now.......
