PaisaPay charges 2% and 3.5% of transaction amount for Online Bank Transfer and Credit Card transactions respectively.

To open a PaisaPay account, you need to register for PaisaPay. In your My eBay>>>My Account>>>PaisaPay Account you will find this option.

In order to post a question, you need to click on Post a Topic on top of the respective discussion board (in this case PaisaPay Discussion Board).
