I want to sell my digital images online. Apparently customers may be from abroad. Is it export under the definition of export. Is it right to accept payment from foreign customers in foreign currency as per the Indian law/rule in force. What are FEMA & other restrictions/rules in this regard? What are the Customs formalities in this regard? Is the paisapay or paypal made payment in foreign exchange or in Indian rupee after converting from foreign currency? Pl. guides me. If anybody already in this business pl. suggests some way.
