I ordered for a battery of xolo a500s on 18th of this month.ebay said that the estimated delivery is on 21th.it is not shipped yet.asked by ebay for a copy of my debit card's photograph or a credit card statement.i don't know what is credit card statement so i sended the copy of my debit card(expiry date hiden)alonge with my paisapay id and ebay user id.i sended but no respond.how long it take to clear the additional verification.iam waiting now for three days till no respond.ebay credited my money from account.i just want a reply or i want to refund my money
