Dear sir,
My claim ID is 1247179 and Paisa Pay ID is 40369190636 for refund of Rs 5895/ which was approved on 1-10-2015.
I have made innumerable number of requests and reminders, but all in vain.Every time I get a standard reply that my case is being referred to the concerned authorities or I will get an update withis 48 hours from their customer care. I got nothing sofar except long silence. I don't know whom to contact or approach in this matter to get my refund.
