payment made, amount deducted but no confirmation

Hi everyone,

I made a payment today for a product - item number -162074573472 worth 211.50 with discount coupon from HDFC bank. however at the time of the last page of payment after OTP it showed that the payment couldnt be made, but the same was charged to my bank. called up the bank it said tht the payment has been made. tried calling EBAY CUSTOMER CARE. its ridiculous... no one picked up the call in the first place. contacted the seller, was polite enough to respond. he said its a problem with buying and not of the seller hence contact customer care of EBAY. please help me....

Kindly wait for a week... I got an sms from eBay stating tht the payment showed an error and the money would be refunded in 7 to 8 business working days... hope it works for u tc
