i made a purchase on 02 sep. seller gave me a wrong tracking number. on 09 sep i raised a claim with paisa pay. after a lapse of 20 days, infinite calls and chats with customer care, all i get is wait your case is under process or you will get a call within 48 hours. can anyone let me know the mail id/ office address of claim adjuster ebay so that i can personally settle the matter
