ordered an item paid Rs2355/-through mobikwik wallet pay deducted but shows technical problem,no msg

I ordered an item today of Rs 2532.4 after applying discount coupon paid Rs2355/-through mobikwik wallet payment deducted but shows technical problem your order cannot be completed ,no confirmation msg or email had been sent instead of showing paisa pay coverage but no response from anybody my money had been deducted,I've to file this issue if you do not resolve it either by confirmation of selected order or refunding back to my account I ve all proofs of money been transfered to eBay written in my bank account statement.
